November 2002 - contract renewal

On Monday, November 4, 2002, Arbor Web Development renewed their Internet Services Support Agreement with Indian Wells Tennis Garden (IWTG) for an 8th consective year.

The agreement includes a broad range of services, including:
   - e-commerce development
   - bulk email marketing
   - online Box Office enhancement and operation
   - website renovation
   - charitable and non-profit website development
   - systems support and consultation

Arbor will also provide Internet and technical services to the Pacific Life Open tennis tournament, on behalf of IWTG. 

The Indian Wells Tennis Garden opened in March 2000, and was named one of the "10 Great Places to Serve and Volley," by USA Today, just one year after opening. The main stadium holds 16,100 fans, the second-largest capacity of any tennis-only facility in the world.

The Pacific Life Open presented by The City of Indian Wells is a Tennis Masters Series and Sanex WTA Tour Tier I event. The annual tournament will be held March 3-16, 2003, at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells, California.
